The questions we get asked most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, call us. We'd rather talk than have you guess.
Courses & learning
No. Every course starts from the beginning and assumes you have never done this before. If you can use a smartphone and type, you can start. Our SEO and digital marketing courses in particular are built for complete beginners.
Both. Each module has a live session where you can ask questions in the room, and the full recorded library stays available to you for life. If you miss a live class, the recording is up the same day.
English and Hindi. Several courses, including our SEO course, run in Hindi throughout. Live sessions are usually bilingual, and mentors will switch if it helps you follow along.
Plan for 6–8 hours a week on a standalone course, and 10–12 hours on a career program. Most of that is applying what you learned, not watching videos. Everything is part-time and designed to fit around a job or college.
Yes. Our Digital Literacy Programme is designed specifically for students in Class 6 to Class 12, covering internet safety, productivity tools, and an early introduction to marketing and content.
Certificates & career support
Yes, a shareable, verifiable certificate on completion, which you can add to LinkedIn or your CV. That said, we would rather you leaned on your portfolio. The live projects you complete matter far more in an interview than the certificate does.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Right now what we offer is the skill and the portfolio, the courses themselves. Structured career support (CV and LinkedIn rewrites, mock interviews, portfolio reviews) is part of the career programmes we are still building, and we will say so clearly here when it is available. The outcome always depends on your work.
We deliberately do not publish salary figures. Pay for digital roles in India varies enormously by city, specialism and how good your portfolio is, and any single number we quoted would be misleading. What we will say plainly: skills like SEO and web design are hired for consistently, and a portfolio of real work moves an interview further than a certificate does.
Internships are open to students on the Intermediate and Premier tracks who clear a practical skills checkpoint. You are matched to a live client brief, reviewed weekly by a mentor, and finish with a documented case study. See the internships page for open placements.
Fees, payments & refunds
All four of our courses cost nothing, Web Design for Beginners, the Hindi SEO course, and Claude AI 101. The longer career programmes are still in development and are not on sale yet; pricing will be published here when they open. For anything current, call +91 70514 56495.
There is nothing to pay in instalments yet, All four of our courses are free and always will be. When the longer career programmes launch we will offer instalment plans, and the terms will be published here. If cost is a barrier in the meantime, call +91 70514 56495 and talk to us.
If a paid course or program is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of enrolment and before you have completed more than 20% of the content, and we will refund you in full. After that point we handle refunds case by case, email contact@digitalcollegee.com and we will be reasonable about it.
Lifetime, including future updates to the course. When we rewrite a module because the tools changed, you get the new version at no extra cost.
Privacy & your data
We use your name, email and phone number to run your account, deliver your course, and contact you about your enrolment. We do not sell your data to anyone. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing contact@digitalcollegee.com.
No, accounts are for one person. Sharing logins or redistributing course material breaches our terms and gets the account closed without a refund. If cost is the barrier, talk to us about instalments instead.
